Hillary’s Email Apology: Four Sentences, Four Clever Falsehoods

Trusting Hillary emails from www.caglecartoons.com # 167222By Blake Neff

Hillary Clinton has finally, partially, thrown in the towel on her private email server, making a public apology Tuesday night where she admitted that she should have kept separate her public and private email accounts from the beginning. But even Clinton’s apology is actually filled with information that is misleading — or even known to be false.

In a statement on her website, Clinton’s campaign argues that only “four things you need to know about Hillary Clinton’s email use during her time at the State Department”.

These four straightforward sentences, though, include a great amount of sleight of hand or outright falsehoods:

Sentence “1. Hillary takes responsibility for her decision to use a personal account, and the challenges it has created” : Clinton’s claim to be “taking responsibility” for the email server is a stretch. Her apology has only come after six months of trying to deflect and dismiss criticism over her private emails, and even now it’s hardly a full apology. As the other three sentences in her statement show, Clinton is mostly just apologizing for confusing people and making them mistakenly believe she did anything wrong.

Sentence “2. Her use of a private email account was allowed under State Department rules” : This is a dramatic sleight of hand. The Department of State does allow employees to have private email accounts, and officials even have some leeway to use a private email for work (such as during an emergency). But Clinton didn’t partially rely on her private email: Rather, she used it exclusively for all of her business — a total contradiction of government policy as dictated by the National Archives and Records Administration, which controls record-keeping policies in federal agencies. Hillary Is More Likely to Go to “Big House” Than White House

It’s all over for Hillary Clinton.

How bad is it? Hillary is now more likely to wind up in “The Big House” than the White House.

How bad is it? The cover-up of and conspiracy in Benghazi is the least of her worries.

How bad is it? No one is even mentioning the Clinton Foundation- where she accepted $2 billion in bribes (I mean donations) while Secretary of State, much of it from foreign governments, while quickly awarding contracts to those same countries and companies. Isn’t that called treason? That’s not even on the radar screen…yet.

How bad is it? This scandal doesn’t even involve 32,000 emails she chose to erase and the server she purposely destroyed.

No, this first of many criminal investigations to come against Hillary involves only two top-secret classified documents sent to her, and shared with her staff, on her personal emails A place where any Chinese or Russian hacker could read the most sensitive U.S. government secrets. Read More..

Clinton Email Probe Needs Special Prosecutor

Hillary Detour emails investigation from www.caglecartoons.com # 167271By The Detroit News

With Hillary Clinton running for president, it is hard to keep separate legitimate questions about whether her unorthodox email practices while secretary of state compromised national security from the partisan mud-slinging that comes with a political campaign.

Likewise, as the likely Democratic standard-bearer and former cabinet officer in the Obama administration, it is a stretch to assume the Justice Department will do a vigorous and impartial investigation into the email controversy and be entirely forthcoming with the results.

For the sake of everyone’s credibility, a special prosecutor should be appointed with the tools to quickly answer the questions before the presidential primaries begin.

That’s not a lot of time. The urgency of getting to the bottom of this argues for the tools a special prosecutor can bring to a probe.

Despite Clinton’s insistence that she did nothing out of the ordinary, a federal judge ruled in a Freedom of Information Act case Friday that she had violated government policy by storing official messages on a private server. He ordered the State Department to work with the FBI, which is probing whether national security has been compromised. Read More..

FEATURED ARTICLE: Did a Hacked Hillary Email Set Up the Ambush of Ambassador Christopher Stevens?

Posted on August 25th, 2015

Hillary’s Loose Emails from www.caglecartoons.com # 161399EDITOR’S COMMENT: After assimilating all the public information that is now available, this scenario is very plausible. And, it reminds me of the World War II slogan that reminded everyone that “Loose Lips Might Sink Ships”. In Hillary’s case it would be more appropriate to refer to this as “Loose Emails”. Loose lips sink ships is an American English idiom meaning “beware of unguarded talk”. Note the word “unguarded”!

By Thomas Lifson

Putting together the information now publicly available, the question has to be asked: Did an ISIS hack of Hillary Clinton’s virtually defenseless home brew server set up the death of Ambassador Christopher Stevens?

ISIS has proven itself adept enough at information technology that a successful hack of Hillary Clinton’s server at her Chappaqua mansion cannot be ruled out, no matter how many Secret Service members stood guard. Apparently unbeknownst to the former secretary of state who boasted of the server’s security because of the guards outside, it is so easy to hack a garden variety server set up by a mom-and-pop operation that an ISIS (and Russian intelligence and Chinese and Romanian and many other agencies) hack is well within the realm of possibility.

Now consider what the New York Post reported yesterday, six paragraphs into a story. Paul Sperry writes:

US intelligence officials so far have determined that at least four — and as many as 305 — of the more than 30,000 e-mails Clinton and her aides have printed out and turned over to investigators were classified at the time they were written.

They include a 2011 message from Clinton’s top aides that contains military intelligence from United States Africa Command gleaned from satellite images of troop movements in Libya, along with the travel and protection plans for Ambassador Christopher Stevens, who was later killed in a terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya. Another staff e-mail sent to Clinton in 2012 contained investigative data about Benghazi terrorist suspects wanted by the FBI. Read More..

Hillary’s email from www.caglecartoons.com # 167682By Noemie Emery

Which Democrat will be the one to play Barry Goldwater to the Richard M. Nixon of Hillary Clinton? Who will step up to tell the self-wounded one-time colossus that the time has arrived to go home?

On August 7, 1974, Goldwater and the Republican leaders of the House and the Senate called on the president and told him he had lost the support of his party in Congress. The next day, Nixon told the country that he would be leaving his office, and the day after that, he resigned.

Coming on top of the pay-to-play scandals surrounding the Clinton Foundation and the embarrassing, extravagant sums she demands for her speeches, the criminal investigation into the scrubbed secret server maintained and surrendered by the former first lady may make her a burden too great for her party to carry. In a recent poll of registered voters, 58 percent say Hillary lied about the emails and 54 percent believe that she weakened the country’s security. Since the main task of the president is securing the country, this doesn’t bode well. Read More..

Email Timeline Suggests Hillary May Have Had Second Server

For her eyes only Hillary emailsBy Sarah Westwood

Conflicting accounts of when data was removed from Hillary Clinton’s private server indicate copies of emails known to contain classified information may reside on a device other than the one presently in FBI custody.

She may have printed 55,000 pages of emails for submission to the State Department from a different device than the one presently in FBI custody.

Platte River Networks, the company that managed Clinton’s email network after she stepped down from her post as secretary of state, indicated it transferred data off the original server in mid-2013.

An attorney for Platte River said there is likely “no useful data” remaining on the server.

But the Clinton campaign has suggested the former secretary of state did not erase emails she deemed personal until January of this year, raising questions as to where the emails were located when her staff sifted through them to determine which were related to her government service.   (my emphasis) Read More..

The Countless Crimes of Hillary Clinton: Special Prosecutor Needed Now

Hillary’s Chickens come home to roost from www.caglecartoons.com # 167487By Sidney Powell

After years of holding herself above the law, telling lie after lie, and months of flat-out obstruction, HIllary Clinton has finally produced to the FBI her server and three thumb drives.

Apparently, the server has been professionally wiped clean of any useable information, and the thumb drives contain only what she selectively culled. Myriad criminal offenses apply to this conduct.

Anyone with knowledge of government workings has known from inception that Hillary’s communications necessarily would contain classified and national security related information. Thanks to the Inspector General for the Intelligence Community, it is now beyond dispute that she had ultra-Top Secret information and more that should never have left the State Department.

Equal to Ms. Clinton’s outrageous misconduct is that of the entire federal law enforcement community. It has long chosen to be deliberately blind to these flagrant infractions of laws designed to protect national security—laws for which other people, even reporters, have endured atrocious investigations, prosecutions, and some served years in prison for comparatively minor infractions.

It’s high time for a special prosecutor to be named to conduct a full investigation into Ms. Clinton’s likely commission of multiple felonies, including a conspiracy with Huma Abedin, Cheryl Mills, and possibly others, to violate multiple laws. While the FBI and Department of Justice have willfully ignored Hillary Clinton’s outrageous conduct, they didn’t hesitate a minute to investigate and prosecute former CIA Director and national hero, General Petraeus. Clinton Hands Email Server and Thumb Drive Over To FBI

Posted on August 12th, 2015

Inspecting Hillary emails from www.caglecartoons.com # 166877EDITOR’S COMMENT: IT’S ABOUT TIME! The ordinary citizen would have had the FBI show up at their front door over a year ago to seize her server. And, is it just me, or does it seem rather curious that Hillary just signed a document under penalty of perjury on Monday and almost immediately, the DOJ threatens to seize the server and thumb drives that her attorney had? Is it possible that this timing was executed, so that Hillary Clinton would be painted into a corner, if she continued to lie, now under the threat of committing perjury!

By Blake Neff

Hillary Clinton is giving the FBI her server containing thousands of emails from her time as Secretary of State, her presidential campaign confirmed Tuesday night.

Clinton “directed her team to give her email server that was used during her tenure as (Secretary of State) to the Department of Justice, as well as a thumb drive containing copies of her emails already provided to the State Department,” her spokesman, Nick Merrill, told CNN in a statement. “She pledged to cooperate with the government’s security inquiry, and if there are more questions, we will continue to address them.”

The decision comes just hours after news emerged that the Intelligence Community Inspector General confirmed Clinton’s email server included at least two emails that contained information classified as “Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information” both before and after Clinton’s tenure. That revelation directly contradicted Clinton’s initial claim that her private email server did not contain any top secret information. Read More..

Hillary Clinton: ‘I’ve Been Called Many Things….’

Posted on June 17th, 2015

Run Hillary RunBy Newsmachete

In an inspiring speech yesterday, Hillary Clinton remarked (in a white voice, this time), ” I’ve been called many things by many people.” Since Mrs. Clinton brought up the subject, I thought we’d review some of the things she’s been called.”

1) A hypocrite. Mrs. Clinton constantly talks about reducing the gap between the rich and the poor, while she and her husband rake in tens of millions of dollars for speeches and hundreds of millions for their Foundation, which seems to collect a lot of money but seems to have trouble spending very much of it on, you know, actual poor people.

2) Insensitive to women and girls. Mrs. Clinton has stood by while her husband had an adulterous affair with a White House intern, was accused of abusing a second woman, and was accused of raping antoher.

3) Old. Mrs. Clinton portrays herself as the candidate of change, but she will be 72 years old at the end of her first term.

4) Liar. Mrs. Clinton has lied repeatedly, about scandals ranging from the Rose Law Firm records to Whitewater to her claim that Monica Lewinsky scandal was a “right wing conspiracy.” Most recently she claimed she used a private email to keep all her emails on one device, when we since learned that she has more than one device for email.
