Even Hillary Clinton’s Fans Don’t Believe a Thing She Says

The end game Hillary lyingBy Jonah Goldberg

Hillary Clinton revealed on Wednesday that she opposes the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade deal, providing just the latest evidence that she is little more than political ambition wrapped in a pantsuit.

Pay attention to the press coverage, because it’s fascinating: Nobody takes Clinton at her word. I’m not just referring to her conservative critics.

Slate’s Jim Newell asks, “Will anyone find Clinton’s position convincing?” The question is purely rhetorical.

The article is headlined “Hillary Clinton Comes Out Against TPP, at Least Until the Democratic Convention.”

“Yes, Hillary Clinton’s new opposition to the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade accord cleans up something she needed to do before next week’s first Democratic debate. And, yes, it puts pressure on Vice President Joe Biden getting into the race (because he’d be on the only major candidate in support of TPP). But make no mistake: This flip-flop isn’t believable at all.”

Clinton had long touted TPP as “the gold standard” of trade deals. A tally by CNN in June found at least 45 instances where she had plumped, praised, pushed or otherwise promoted the agreement.

FBI Seizes Four State Department Servers in Clinton Email Probe

Posted on October 8th, 2015

Hillary Detour emails investigation from www.caglecartoons.com # 167271By Bill Gertz

The FBI has seized four State Department computer servers as part of its probe into how classified information was compromised on former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private email system, according to people familiar with the investigation.

The four servers, which were located at the State Department’s headquarters building, were seized by the FBI several weeks ago. They are being checked by technical forensic analysts charged with determining how Top Secret material was sent to Clinton’s private email by State Department aides during her tenure as secretary from 2009 to 2013, said two people familiar with the probe. The people spoke on condition of anonymity because it is an ongoing investigation.

The State Department uses two separate networks, one for classified information and one for unclassified information. The two networks are kept separate for security reasons. Most classified networks are equipped with audit systems that allow security managers to check who has accessed intelligence or foreign policy secrets.

The FBI is trying to determine the origin of the highly classified information that was found in Clinton emails.

Farrell said in an interview that the department also has been unwilling to say whether the private email system, used by Clinton and close aides Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills, should be considered an official State Department network covered by FOIA laws. Read More..

“Uninformed” Hillary Supporters Think A “White Privilege Tax” Is A Good Idea

Posted on October 6th, 2015

WAIMH Red ArrowEDITOR’S COMMENT: What’s truly scary about these comments is that with the huge increase in immigration and the numbers of uninformed citizens continuing to grow sharply, it is possible that this sentiment may eventually dominate among the voters. Not likely, but!

By Steve Watson

Hillary Clinton supporters think that a ‘white privilege tax’ is a real policy, and what’s more they support it, saying that taxing just white people and redistributing the money among minority communities is a good idea.

Political activist Mark Dice went out on the street in San Diego, California to seek out Hillary supporters’ opinions, telling them that Clinton plans on implementing a tax on the income of all Caucasian Americans to help offset income inequality.

“Yeah. I think she should help re-distribute into the minority community.” one woman repeated, after declaring that she trusts in Hillary and trusts in Bill Clinton to be “in her ear”.

“The program is called the white privilege tax?” another woman stated in disbelief before “absolutely” agreeing it should have been implemented years ago. Read More..

Opinion: A Revolt Is Taking Place Against the “Ruling Class”

Posted on October 2nd, 2015

Change - Speedometer Races To RevolutionEDITOR’S COMMENT: While trying to reflect a little balance in my postings, I periodically feature certain articles or commentaries from the more liberal perspective, that have an interesting and timely point of view. One of these is being featured today, and provides us with the thinking of Robert Reich, former Secretary of Labor in the Clinton Administration.

By Robert Reich

“He can’t possibly win the nomination,” is the phrase heard most often when Washington insiders mention either Donald Trump or Bernie Sanders.

Yet as enthusiasm for the bombastic billionaire and the socialist senior continues to build within each party, the political establishment is mystified.

Political insiders don’t see that the biggest political phenomenon in America today is a revolt against the “ruling class” of insiders that have dominated Washington for more than three decades.

In two very different ways, Trump and Sanders are agents of this revolt. I’ll explain the two ways in a moment.

Don’t confuse this for the public’s typical attraction to candidates posing as political outsiders who’ll clean up the mess, even when they’re really insiders who contributed to the mess.

What’s new is the degree of anger now focused on those who have had power over our economic and political system since the start of the 1980s. Read More..

Will Hillary Clinton’s Emails Burn the White House?

Posted on October 1st, 2015

Hillary’s emails from www.caglecartoons.com # 168346By John R. Schindler

Hillary Clinton’s email problems are already causing headaches for her presidential campaign. But within American counterintelligence circles, there’s a mounting sense that the former secretary of state may not be the only Obama administration official in trouble. This is a scandal that has the potential to spread to the White House, as well.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation can be expected to be tight-lipped, especially because this highly sensitive case is being handled by counterintelligence experts from Bureau headquarters a few blocks down Pennsylvania Avenue from the White House, not by the FBI’s Washington Field Office. That will ensure this investigation gets the needed “big picture” view, since even senior FBI agents at any given field office may only have a partial look at complex counterintelligence cases.

And this most certainly is a counterintelligence matter. There’s a widely held belief among American counterspies that foreign intelligence agencies had to be reading the emails on Hillary’s private server, particularly since it was wholly unencrypted for months.

Hillary Clinton was far from the only senior Obama appointee to play fast and loose with classified materials, according to Intelligence Community insiders. While most counterspies agree that Hillary’s practices—especially using her own server and having her staffers place classified information into unclassified emails, in violation of Federal law—were especially egregious, any broad-brush investigation into security matters are likely to turn up other suspects, they maintain. POSSIBLE GAME-CHANGER: FBI Said to Recover Personal and Work-Related E-Mails From Hillary Clinton Server

Hillary Email Scandal Cloudburst from www.caglecartoons.com # 167986By Del Quintin Wilber

The FBI has recovered personal and work-related e-mails from the private computer server used by Hillary Clinton during her time as secretary of state, according to a person familiar with the investigation.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation’s success at salvaging personal e-mails that Clinton said had been deleted raises the possibility that the Democratic presidential candidate’s correspondence eventually could become public. The disclosure of such e-mails would likely fan the controversy over Clinton’s use of a private e-mail system for official business.

The FBI is investigating how and why classified information ended up on Clinton’s server. The probe probably will take at least several more months, according to the person, who described the matter on condition of anonymity because the investigation is continuing and deals with sensitive information.

A review by Clinton and her aides determined that about half of the 60,000 e-mails she exchanged during her four-year tenure as secretary of state were of a personal nature, the presidential candidate has said.

Once the e-mails have been extracted, a group of agents has been separating personal correspondence and passing along work-related messages to agents leading the investigation, the person said.

Internal government watchdogs have determined that classified information ended up on the system. Their findings sparked the FBI inquiry. Read More..

Hillary’s Latest Excuse: ‘There Is No Evidence’

Hillary campaign reboot from www.caglecartoons.com # 168789By New York Post

Months into her email scandal, Hillary Clinton is still trying to get away with lines like, “There’s no evidence of that.” Oh, and answering questions with laughter.

No wonder she keeps falling in the polls — behind a 74-year-old Brooklyn-born socialist in the first two primary states, where more folks are paying attention.

On CNN’s “The Situation Room” last week, she faced questions about the claim by New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie that she should face criminal charges for using a private email account and server to conduct official State Department business, including emails with highly classified information.

Clinton burst into laughter.

She kept up the giggling when asked about the chance that hackers from Russia or China broke into her server to glean national-security secrets. And then gave the lawyerly answer, “There’s no evidence of that.” Read More..

Hillary Clinton Thinks You’re Stupid

Hillary Campaign Logo Reflects Dropping Poll Numbers from www.cagelcartoons.com # 168783By Katherine Timpf

. . . and guess what? If you support her, you are. Newsflash: Hillary Clinton thinks you’re stupid. And if you still support her, then you must be stupid, too.

During a speech at Northern Iowa University on Monday, Clinton actually had the audacity to declare that sexual-assault survivors have a “right to be believed.”

How noble! How feminist! Hey, Hillary, here’s an idea: If that’s really what you think, why don’t you start with believing Paula Jones, Juanita Broaddrick and all the other women who have accused your husband of sexual assault?

I mean, is she serious? Did Hillary really think that everyone would have just forgotten about these women? Perhaps she forgot about them herself. After all, their troubles never really seemed to be all that important to this trailblazing “feminist icon.”

One thing’s for sure: Clinton’s campaign has been full of hypocrisy. She’s been quick to slam anyone who opposes gay marriage, despite having declared in 2004 that “marriage is not just a bond, but a sacred bond between a man and a woman.”

Earth to Hillary! You cannot preach that sexual-assault survivors have a “right to be believed” when you yourself are married to an alleged rapist! Read More..

Hillary’s Email Apology: Four Sentences, Four Clever Falsehoods

Posted on September 15th, 2015

Trusting Hillary emails from www.caglecartoons.com # 167222By Blake Neff

Hillary Clinton has finally, partially, thrown in the towel on her private email server, making a public apology Tuesday night where she admitted that she should have kept separate her public and private email accounts from the beginning. But even Clinton’s apology is actually filled with information that is misleading — or even known to be false.

In a statement on her website, Clinton’s campaign argues that only “four things you need to know about Hillary Clinton’s email use during her time at the State Department”.

These four straightforward sentences, though, include a great amount of sleight of hand or outright falsehoods:

Sentence “1. Hillary takes responsibility for her decision to use a personal account, and the challenges it has created” : Clinton’s claim to be “taking responsibility” for the email server is a stretch. Her apology has only come after six months of trying to deflect and dismiss criticism over her private emails, and even now it’s hardly a full apology. As the other three sentences in her statement show, Clinton is mostly just apologizing for confusing people and making them mistakenly believe she did anything wrong.

Sentence “2. Her use of a private email account was allowed under State Department rules” : This is a dramatic sleight of hand. The Department of State does allow employees to have private email accounts, and officials even have some leeway to use a private email for work (such as during an emergency). But Clinton didn’t partially rely on her private email: Rather, she used it exclusively for all of her business — a total contradiction of government policy as dictated by the National Archives and Records Administration, which controls record-keeping policies in federal agencies. O’KEEFE STRIKES AGAIN: Undercover Video Purports to Show Hillary Campaign Violating Election Law

Posted on September 14th, 2015

Project VertiasBy John Nolte

An undercover video published Thursday by James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas purports to show Nevada-based Hillary Clinton campaign staffers and volunteers ignoring and knowingly violating Nevada’s voter registration laws. Moreover, the video appears to show that this conduct is being condoned and encouraged by a local attorney who works for the Clinton campaign.

According to the video, it is a felony in the state of Nevada for anyone involved in the voter registration process to “solicit a vote for or against a particular question or candidate; speak to a voter on the subject of marking his or her ballot for or against a particular question or candidate.”

The video appears to show that numerous Hillary Clinton campaign staffers are well aware of the law. Nevertheless, the video shows them laughing at the law and repeatedly bragging about violating it by promoting Hillary Clinton verbally and with campaign literature as they attempt to register potential voters

More than one staffer says that the campaign’s motto towards these laws is “Ask for forgiveness, not for permission.”     (my emphasis) Read More..
