Hillary’s Long Goodbye

Hillary’s email from www.caglecartoons.com # 167682By Noemie Emery

Which Democrat will be the one to play Barry Goldwater to the Richard M. Nixon of Hillary Clinton? Who will step up to tell the self-wounded one-time colossus that the time has arrived to go home?

On August 7, 1974, Goldwater and the Republican leaders of the House and the Senate called on the president and told him he had lost the support of his party in Congress. The next day, Nixon told the country that he would be leaving his office, and the day after that, he resigned.

Coming on top of the pay-to-play scandals surrounding the Clinton Foundation and the embarrassing, extravagant sums she demands for her speeches, the criminal investigation into the scrubbed secret server maintained and surrendered by the former first lady may make her a burden too great for her party to carry. In a recent poll of registered voters, 58 percent say Hillary lied about the emails and 54 percent believe that she weakened the country’s security. Since the main task of the president is securing the country, this doesn’t bode well. Read More..

Email Timeline Suggests Hillary May Have Had Second Server

For her eyes only Hillary emailsBy Sarah Westwood

Conflicting accounts of when data was removed from Hillary Clinton’s private server indicate copies of emails known to contain classified information may reside on a device other than the one presently in FBI custody.

She may have printed 55,000 pages of emails for submission to the State Department from a different device than the one presently in FBI custody.

Platte River Networks, the company that managed Clinton’s email network after she stepped down from her post as secretary of state, indicated it transferred data off the original server in mid-2013.

An attorney for Platte River said there is likely “no useful data” remaining on the server.

But the Clinton campaign has suggested the former secretary of state did not erase emails she deemed personal until January of this year, raising questions as to where the emails were located when her staff sifted through them to determine which were related to her government service.   (my emphasis) Read More..

O’Malley’s Taxes, Regs Drove Jobs Out Of Maryland, Hurt Its Poor

Martin O'Malley at CAPBy Ethan Barton

O’Malley’s campaign this year has gone nowhere, but his record as governor will get much deeper scrutiny in coming days if former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s public credibility continues to plummet, with a result that increasing numbers of Democrats look for more attractive alternatives for their party’s 2016 presidential nomination.

“Obviously, his economic policy has severely affected the state of Maryland,” said conservative think tank Maryland Public Policy Institute President Christopher Summers told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “It hasn’t just hung an anti-business sign on Maryland. It’s carved it in stone.”

During O’Malley’s administration, however, Maryland saw an outflow of both businesses and residents, due according to Republicans to his high taxes and costly regulations. Republicans point to what they view as 83 tax increases as evidence. Read More..

New Data: Foreign-Born Population Explodes To All-Time High

Obama plan for illegal immigration by Larry Wright, CagleCartoons.comBy Rachel Stoltzfoos

The U.S. foreign-born population just hit an all time high of 42.1 million, new Census Bureau data shows, helped along by a rebounding Mexican immigrant population.

In the past year, 1.7 million legal and illegal immigrants joined U.S. ranks, and that foreign-born population is now 13 percent of the U.S. population — the largest share in more than a hundred years — a Center for Immigration Studies analysis of monthly Census data shows.

The Mexican immigrant population grew by 740,000 over that same period, and hit 12.1 million in the second quarter of 2015, which is the highest quarterly total ever. The surge accounts for 44 percent of the total immigrant population increase, and puts to rest a recent understanding there is zero net migration from Mexico.

That surge accounts for 44 percent of the total immigrant population increase, and indicates the number of people coming from Mexico versus leaving for Mexico is no longer zero. Read More..

Immigration: Issue of the Century

Border of Mexico and USBy Patrick J. Buchanan

… For the six-page policy paper, to secure America’s border and send back aliens here illegally, released by Trump last weekend, is the toughest, most comprehensive, stunning immigration proposal of the election cycle.

The Trump folks were aided by people around Sen. Jeff Sessions, who says Trump’s plan “re-establishes the principle that America’s immigration laws should serve the interests of its own citizens.”

Will the West endure or disappear by the century’s end as another lost civilization? Mass immigration, if it continues, will be more decisive in deciding the fate of the West than Islamist terrorism. For the world is invading the West.

Is the West still blind to reality, to the inevitable future that awaits if the West does not secure its frontiers and close its borders to mass immigration?

The great and growing populations of mankind are in the Third World. Countless millions are determined to come to the West, legally if they can, illegally if they must. And the more who succeed, the more who come. Read More..

The Democrats Have a Candidate Shortage

Democrats panicking from www.caglecartoons.com # 167625By Chicago Tribune

Democrats have had a lot of fun joking about the huge field of Republican presidential candidates and the clown car they keep piling out of. The Democrats, by contrast, couldn’t fill a minivan. And the way things are going, that may be a big problem.

Say what you will about the GOP, it has an abundance of people with the credentials to warrant real consideration. Jeb Bush, John Kasich, Rick Perry, Chris Christie and Scott Walker have extensive records as governors. Marco Rubio, Rand Paul and Ted Cruz have managed to stand out from the Senate crowd. Carly Fiorina was CEO of a major corporation. The rank and file’s main problem is sorting through them all.

Democrats, by contrast, have only five candidates. At the moment, it’s really a two-person contest between Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders. And those two options suggest the party could be in trouble come November 2016.

Sanders, a self-styled socialist, has attracted big and enthusiastic crowds, but his positions veer too far left to be salable in a general election. Former Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley boasts excellent campaign skills, but he’s practically unknown beyond his home state. Former Virginia Sen. Jim Webb and former Rhode Island Gov. Lincoln Chafee are equally unknown but lack those campaign skills.

The pickings are so slim that talk is percolating about a late entrance by Joe Biden, John Kerry or even Al Gore. Anyone know how to reach Michael Dukakis? Read More..

Backup Server Would Be Very Bad News for Hillary

Posted on August 17th, 2015

Hillary’s Following from www.caglecartoons.com # 167535By William A. Jacobson

ABC News is now reporting that there may be a backup server.

As I mentioned in prior posts, from the very start Hillary Clinton’s email and server stories were inconsistent and self-contradictory.

We now know that the actual server which ran the email system while Hillary was Secretary of State was taken into the custody of Colorado-based Platte River Networks in or about June 2013, the data was transferred somewhere, the server was wiped clean, and then physically stored in New Jersey.

So what and where was the server Hillary was refusing to turn over in March 2015 that contained personal information? It could not have been the wiped server just turned over the the Feds by Platte River Networks because that server was blank and not under Hillary’s control.

The server with the data had to be somewhere else, as I suggested in How did Hillary’s lawyers search a server no longer in her possession and which had been wiped clean?

Another discrepancy suggesting the existence of a second server was that Hillary’s attorneys in the Judicial Watch FOIA lawsuit represented to the court that Hillary did not ask for her attorneys to search her emails on clintonmail.com until late 2014.” Read More..

CNN National Security Analyst Unloads On Hillary Over Email Scandal: ‘I Wonder Whether She Is Capable Of Being President’

Hillary Gone Firshing EmailsBy Jamie Weinstein

Hillary Clinton’s email scandal should disqualify her from the Oval Office.

At least so says former CIA operative and CNN national security analyst Bob Baer, who is not known for being a political partisan.

“If this was on her server and it got into her smart phone, there’s a big problem there,” Baer said during an appearance on CNN International Saturday, noting that the sensitivity of the information reportedly found on Clinton’s private server was likely more secret than what Edward Snowden pilfered.

“Seriously, if I had sent a document like this over the open Internet I’d get fired the same day, escorted to the door and gone for good — and probably charged with mishandling classified information,” Baer said.

Pressed by the host as to whether he really thought this situation was a “deal breaker” for Clinton’s presidential candidacy, Baer said, “As a national security employee, a former one, yes.”     (my emphasis) Read More..

The Countless Crimes of Hillary Clinton: Special Prosecutor Needed Now

Hillary’s Chickens come home to roost from www.caglecartoons.com # 167487By Sidney Powell

After years of holding herself above the law, telling lie after lie, and months of flat-out obstruction, HIllary Clinton has finally produced to the FBI her server and three thumb drives.

Apparently, the server has been professionally wiped clean of any useable information, and the thumb drives contain only what she selectively culled. Myriad criminal offenses apply to this conduct.

Anyone with knowledge of government workings has known from inception that Hillary’s communications necessarily would contain classified and national security related information. Thanks to the Inspector General for the Intelligence Community, it is now beyond dispute that she had ultra-Top Secret information and more that should never have left the State Department.

Equal to Ms. Clinton’s outrageous misconduct is that of the entire federal law enforcement community. It has long chosen to be deliberately blind to these flagrant infractions of laws designed to protect national security—laws for which other people, even reporters, have endured atrocious investigations, prosecutions, and some served years in prison for comparatively minor infractions.

It’s high time for a special prosecutor to be named to conduct a full investigation into Ms. Clinton’s likely commission of multiple felonies, including a conspiracy with Huma Abedin, Cheryl Mills, and possibly others, to violate multiple laws. While the FBI and Department of Justice have willfully ignored Hillary Clinton’s outrageous conduct, they didn’t hesitate a minute to investigate and prosecute former CIA Director and national hero, General Petraeus.
