Lead U.S. Negotiator Says She Didn’t See ‘Final Documents’ in Iran Deal

Posted on August 6th, 2015

WAIMH Red ArrowEDITOR’S COMMENT: How is this possible? If the lead negotiator did not see the ‘final documents’, how does she know that both sides were finished negotiating. You start to sense the ‘hand’ of either unqualified Susan Rice or Valerie Jarrett! And now the administration doesn’t know ‘exactly’ what it signed, but it wants Congress to approve it. Frankly, I don’t understand why the Republicans and especially its leadership are not proclaiming that, since the Obama administration is not fulfilling the requirement to present ALL of the agreement to Congress for review, the law bypassing the normal constitutional ratification process should be considered invalid, and, thus, since they are not honoring the terms of the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act, it is back to a two thirds vote in the Senate to ratify.

By Melissa Clyne

While President Barack Obama delivered his much anticipated speech on the Iran nuclear deal — hoping to appeal to congressional Democrats who could sink or save the agreement — the only administration official to have purportedly seen “side deals between Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency” has disclosed that the team was privy to only rough drafts, The Hill reports.

I didn’t see the final documents. I saw the provisional documents, as did my experts,” said Wendy Sherman, the Obama administration’s undersecretary of state for political affairs, who was one of the deal’s lead negotiators. Read More..

Double Standard? Mexico Cracking Down on Illegal Aliens from America

Posted on August 6th, 2015

Mexican Patrol Boat ARM ArmelnathEDITOR’S COMMENT: This report sounds like another potential issue for Donald Trump to focus on. By the way, how did it come to pass that our immigration laws are not only so different but almost non-existent compared to Mexico’s?

By Newsmachete

Mexico is cracking down on undocumented boaters from America who enter its territorial waters.

Without a fence to mark the international boundary, crossing by boat from San Diego into Mexico might seem deceptively easy. But San Diego sport fishermen and others drawn to the waters off Baja California should take heed: Mexico’s federal government has been stepping up inspections, checking for passports, tourist permits, fishing permits and other documents.

Until now, violators have been issued warnings and told to turn around. But this week, the Mexican government announced its intention to crack down on violators. That could mean boats being towed to Ensenada for an administrative process and immediate deportation of the crew and passengers. Read More..

Obama Administration Urges States to Cut Health Insurers’ Requests for Big Rate Increases

Posted on August 5th, 2015

Obamacare snow job from www.caglecartoons.com # 155614EDITOR’S COMMENT: The Obama administration continues to try and mislead the American public on the high costs of Obamacare, in this case by putting pressure on the states and the insurance companies to ‘artificially’ lower their rates one more time. This disastrous program simply cannot stand on its own because of its built-in high cost structure.

By Robert Pear

Hoping to avoid another political uproar over the Affordable Care Act, the Obama administration is trying to persuade states to cut back big rate increases requested by many health insurance companies for 2016.

In calling for aggressive regulation of rates, federal officials are setting up a potential clash with insurers. Some carriers said they paid out more in claims than they collected in premiums last year, so they lost money on policies sold in the new public marketplaces. After finding that new customers were sicker than expected, some health plans have sought increases of 10 percent to 40 percent or more.

Administration officials have political and financial reasons for wanting to hold down premiums. Big rate increases could undermine public support for the health care law, provide ammunition to Republican critics of the measure and increase costs for some consumers and the federal government. The Iran Nuke Documents Obama Doesn’t Want You to See

Posted on August 3rd, 2015

Nuke talks Obama and Iran by Eric Allie, Caglecartoons.comEDITOR’S COMMENT: This is really another example of the failure of Congress to exercise it’s supposed oversight. Where is the Republican ‘leadership’ on this issue. Sure, they are complaining to the press, and their followers, but not actually doing anything specific. Since this issue is a real concern to all Americans, why are the Republicans not threatening to stop the everyday functions of Congress, until these documents are released. They have threatened shutdown on many lesser issues!

By Tim Mak

Seventeen unclassified Iran deal items have been locked in ultra-secure facilities ordinarily used for top secret info. Why is the Obama administration trying to bury this material?

Scattered around the U.S. Capitol complex are a series of Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facilities, or SCIFs, which are typically used to hold Top Secret information.

But today in these deeply secure settings are a series of unclassified documents—items dealing with the Iran nuclear deal that are not secret, but that the Obama administration is nevertheless blocking the public from reading.

The Obama administration delivered 18 documents to Congress on July 19, in accordance with legislation requiring a congressional review of the nuclear deal. Only one of these documents is classified, while the remaining 17 are unclassified.

“The unclassified items… should be public. This is going to be the most important foreign policy decision that this Congress will make,” a Republican Senate aide told The Daily Beast. “This is the administration that once said it would be the most transparent administration in history. They’re not acting like it.” Read More..

Book: Bill Cheating on Hillary Again with Busty Blonde. Secret Service Agents: ‘It’s Not a Marriage at All. It’s a Total Fake’

Posted on July 30th, 2015

NEW YORK - JUNE 25: Former U.S. President Bill Clinton (L) and hEDITOR’S COMMENT: Not exactly sure why this story is getting such attention, as I recall that there was a great deal of discussion about both Kessler’s book and Bill Clinton’s alleged cheating approximately one year ago. My reason for posting these comments is, always, to have you fully aware, since other publications and blogs will be aggressively reporting this story. Bottom line: Are we shocked that Bill Clinton is allegedly cheating on Hillary and might have a mistress. No! Definitely not!

By Chelsea Schilling

Former President Bill Clinton is cheating on Democratic Party presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and “has a blonde, busty mistress” code named “Energizer” by Secret Service agents, according to author Ronald Kessler, a former investigative journalist at the Washington Post.

Kessler published his claims in his new book, “The First Family Detail: Secret Service Agents Reveal the Hidden Lives of the Presidents.”

“He has a blond, busty mistress, and she’s been code named Energizer by agents,” the author told Chris Stigall on Talk Radio 1210 WPHT. “This is unofficially, but that is what they call her. … She comes in to the Chappaqua [NY] home whenever Hillary leaves. The details coordinate to make sure they don’t cross paths. She, unlike Hillary, is very nice to the agents. She’ll bring cookies.” Read More..

Obama, Jon Stewart Had ‘Secret’ Meetings at White House While Working ‘in Concert’ with Obama

Posted on July 29th, 2015

Obama Daily Show Jon StewartEDITOR’S COMMENT: Another perfect example of the liberal mainstream media coordinating with the Obama administration in an effort to get their message out to certain groups. The White House has a select group of reporters and well-placed reporters, journalists and others, who are given the specific ‘message’ that the White House wants conveyed, spun, or even, in many cases, to be misleading or full of falsehoods. As for Jon Stewart, at a minimum, shouldn’t there have been some disclosure on his show of his collaborating with President Obama, so as to avoid any conflict of interest?

By Jeffrey Meyer

Politico’s Darren Samuelsohn reports that throughout Obama’s presidency, liberal comedian Jon Stewart was “summoned” to the White House for “secret…visits” with the president, an example of how the administration took “unusual steps to cultivate Daily Show comic.”

In the piece, Samuelsohn tries to soften Stewart’s far-left politics as merely being “center-left” mixed with a “populist streak heavy on fiscal responsibility, good government and fighting for the little guy.”

The Politico reporter goes on to promote how Obama’s meetings with the liberal comedian “speaks volumes about Stewart and his reach, which goes well beyond the million or so viewers who tune into The Daily Show on most weeknights.”

Samuelsohn never questions the appropriateness of Obama’s private meetings with the liberal comedian especially when he is known for his unwillingness meet with members of his own party and the press, and instead uses the meetings as an opportunity to promote Stewart’s allegedly powerful influence in the policymaking process:  Read More..

Iran Vows to Bar International Inspectors from Military Sites

Posted on July 27th, 2015

Iran side deals Obama from www.caglecartoons.com # 166776EDITOR’S COMMENT: Does it seem to you that Iran hasn’t even signed this absurd deal, and they’re already breaking it! I wonder, if our “outstanding’ negotiators will notice these comments, and rethink their positions? Led by John Kerry, NEVER!

By Times of Israel Staff

A top adviser to Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei vowed Saturday that the Islamic Republic would deny International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) inspectors any access to the country’s military sites, contradicting remarks by US officials following the signing of a nuclear agreement with Tehran last week.

“The access of inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency or from any other body to Iran’s military centers is forbidden,” Ali Akbar Velayati, Khamenei’s adviser for international affairs, said in an interview with Al-Jazeera satellite TV. Velayati further stressed that the directive will be enforced regardless of interpretations by the P5+1 world powers to the contrary. Read More..

FCC Commissioner ‘Outraged’ At What CBS4 Investigation Revealed About Free Phone Program

Posted on July 24th, 2015

WAIMH Red ArrowEDITOR’S COMMENT: Surprise! Surprise! The government’s Obamaphone program is still mired in fraud, waste and abuse. And, rather than correct all this fraudulent activity first, the FCC is about to implement its free broadband service program for low-income Americans under the existing Lifeline program. Don’t forget that the cost of the phone program already exceeds $1.7 billion annually.

By Brian Maass

Federal Communications Commission Commissioner Ajit Pai says a CBS4 probe of a government cellphone program revealed fraud, waste and abuse in the government’s Lifeline cellphone program that he called “shocking.”

“The CBS4 story highlighted the fact that in places there are no safeguards, workers are signing up people using fraudulent certifications,” said Pai, one of five FCC commissioners.

The comments from one of the top administrators at the FCC came seven months after the CBS4 investigation and just weeks after Pai played the CBS4 broadcast report at a monthly FCC meeting so his four fellow commissioners could see problems with the program before they voted to broaden the program to include broadband service. Here We Go Again! Iran Parliament Wants to Revise Nuclear Deal

Posted on July 21st, 2015

Death to America IranEDITOR’S COMMENT: It appears that Iran is not yet finished trying to get additional concessions from President Obama and Sec. John Kerry. Based upon the results of Kerry’s ‘negotiations’ (cave-in) so far, who can blame them! Wouldn’t it be great, if the Iranians became so greedy, that they cause this negotiated deal to fail! Of course, I’m sure that President Obama would then blame the Republicans for their lack of understanding and bipartisanship.

By Joel B. Pollak

While the UN Security Council passed the Iran deal in a unanimous 15-0 vote on Monday, Iran’s parliament, the Islamic Constituent Assembly, or Majlis, holds the power to revise or delay key parts of the nuclear deal with Iran–even as President Barack Obama and world powers seek a UN Security Council resolution before the U.S. Congress can review the deal.

On Saturday, the Fars News Agency reported that the Majlis threatened to reject the agreement’s provision on ballistic missiles, which call for an international embargo on missile technology to be extended for eight years–a significant, last-minute concession by the U.S.

Iran wants unrestricted ballsitic missile development and access to conventional arms dealers abroad.

“The parliament will reject any limitations on the country’s access to conventional weapons, specially ballistic missiles,” said Tehran MP Seyed Mehdi Hashemi. Read More..

ATTENTION SENIORS: Obama Pushes to Extend Gun Background Checks to Some Social Security Recipients

Posted on July 21st, 2015

AlertEDITOR’S COMMENT: Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t recall that many cases, where some senior citizens, including those receiving Social Security Disability payments, have been arrested recently for robbing banks or convenience stores with guns. Is it possible that Obama has some other agenda here?

By Alan Zarembo

Seeking tighter controls over firearm purchases, the Obama administration is pushing to ban Social Security beneficiaries from owning guns if they lack the mental capacity to manage their own affairs, a move that could affect millions whose monthly disability payments are handled by others.

The push is intended to bring the Social Security Administration in line with laws regulating who gets reported to the National Instant Criminal Background Check System, or NICS, which is used to prevent gun sales to felons, drug addicts, immigrants in the country illegally and others.

A potentially large group within Social Security are people who, in the language of federal gun laws, are unable to manage their own affairs due to “marked subnormal intelligence, or mental illness, incompetency, condition, or disease.”

If Social Security, which has never participated in the background check system, uses the same standard as the VA, millions of its beneficiaries would be affected. About 4.2 million adults receive monthly benefits that are managed by “representative payees.” Read More..
